NO ONE understands or speaks your language. But NO ONE is there in front of you, knows nothing other than themselves, but they are there.

PERSON is an approach that evolves according to the context by thematically addressing the issues

of its re-presentation.

 

The first module was structured around the mechanisms of the encounter; as we were working with four people who hardly knew each other, and we had to introduce ourselves, represent ourselves, we realized that there was a fundamental discipline of the human being.

 

NO ONE plays, thwarts, replays, these exercises through which our identities are altered.

NO ONE parades in a deliberate and sophisticated manner, but parades until his

exhaustion, until novelty, until indecision about herself.

 

What is shared in self-exposure? What do we lose of ourselves when we present ourselves, when we have to provide a representation of ourselves? And what is invented?

 

This second module, presented at the Vanves theater, will also address the issue of strangeness, in the strictest sense of the term. The play was created in Japan, reacting strongly to the context and working particularly within the language of the country.

 

NO ONE will come to engage in the exercise of its strangeness, to question its intimate implications, its advantages and disadvantages, its plasticity and its irreducibility.

 

For each issue raised, the aim is to confront it intimately and, through the exercise, to explore the thematic counterpart specific to theatre, inviting the audience to experience it as well. Thus, the theme of encounter raises questions of directness, judgment, and evaluation. The added theme of strangeness explores the power of incomprehension.
